Nick Colman is a founder and Managing Partner of Alantra Corporate Portfolio Advisors (CPA) International which is a division of Spanish listed Investment Bank Alantra Partners. FCA regulated and focuses on advising buyers and sellers of non-core and loan and real estate portfolios. With an ABS team of 15, close to 50 data and credit analytics experts across Europe, the CPA business is able to advise its clients on credit and asset risk transfer via straight sale, cash or synthetic means. CPA currently employs 150 dedicated professionals in London, Madrid, Milan, Dublin, Athens, Lisbon, San Paolo and most recently in Shanghai making it one of the largest specialised credit advisor in Europe.


Prior to joining Alantra CPA, Nick was a partner in KPMG where he co-led its global Portfolio Solutions Group and was the Head of Deal Advisory for Banking in the UK (c. 500 staff). In addition, Nick was also a member of the Deal Advisory Leadership Team in the UK and was responsible for Digital Transformation in Deal Advisory overseeing 60 developers and back-office support staff.
