David is a Managing Director in the Global Balance Sheet Distribution team at ING, where he is responsible for balance sheet management solutions including SRT and other risk transfer arrangements for ING and its clients. With a background of 25 years in securitisation and structured finance, David has broad transaction experience across a range of asset classes and formats.

Having started his career in Corporate Credit at Bank of Ireland, David initially joined ING to build its client ABCP securitisation platform, following which he spent four years structuring CMBS, covered bond and portfolio distribution solutions at IBRC. David subsequently re-joined ING where he has worked on a range of securitisation and portfolio management mandates for both ING and its securitisation clients.

David holds a primary degree in Economics and an MSc in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and Dublin City University respectively.
