Previously, Joana was a knowledge lawyer in Baker McKenzie’s structured finance group in EMEA and a senior associate in the securitisation team of a leading law firm in London. She advises arrangers, originators, issuers and other market participants on securitisation transactions across numerous asset classes, including residential mortgages, trade receivables, as well as SME and consumer loans and auto loans and leases.
