Dr. Veronika von Heise-Rotenburg is EU Finance Director and MD for Cazoo's German and French activities. Coming from a McKinsey and banking/car leasing background, she joined the German car subscription startup Cluno in 2018 and, with her team, increased debt funding from 4 to 120m, thereof 80m in two asset-based facilities. After Cluno's acquisition by Cazoo, acquiring scalable debt funding structures for standing and rolling fleet count among her responsibilities, as does Accounting, Controlling, Legal and Financial Technology. Veronika studied Law & Economics at Augsburg University and holds an MBA from University of Dayton as well as a PHD in capital market law.
