 Philipp Kuss Philipp Kuss is Sustainable Finance Adviser in the Strategy Unit of the Directorate General Markets at Deutsche Bundesbank. He is responsible for coordinating green finance activities across Bundesbank. Since joining Germany’s central bank in 2007, Philipp Kuss has worked in various capacities in the Markets area and has extensive experience in monetary policy operations (collateral management, liquidity provision, market analysis and portfolio management). Between 2014 and 2017, Philipp Kuss was assigned to the Bundesbank’s overseas trading desk in Tokyo as a market strategist. He served twice as a national expert for the European Central Bank, with a focus on eligibility standards for structured finance assets.
