Udo Franke is Head of the Stock Markets and Securities Division of the Federal Ministry of Finance in Germany. He holds a diploma in Economics and joined the Ministry in 1995. Among others he worked on banking regulation and international financial affairs. His current responsibilities encompass capital market legislation in Germany and the European Union.
