Lynn leads the business development and relationship management team in EMEA for S&P Global Ratings. In her role, she manages a diverse team across many regions, emerging markets and developed markets. Her team develops and implements the commercial strategy for new and existing products and initiatives across credit ratings and sustainability products.
Before joining S&P, Lynn was HSBC’s Head of Global Strategy, Structured Finance and Global Head of Securitisation, Debt Capital Markets. Prior to that role, she was co-head of flow securitisation at BNP Paribas, London.
She is past Chair of AFME’s Securitisation Board, Current member of ICMA’s Sustainability Advisory Council, AFME’s ESG Steering Committee and a Trustee of the Davis Educational Foundation, supporting schooling for disadvantaged children in East London and 1001fontaines, a clean water charity.
Lynn is a Canadian and English lawyer by background. She practised law at Clifford Chance, London and Stikeman, Elliott, Toronto/Budapest. Lynn has a B.A. (Hons, Political Science, McGill University), LL.B. (Western Ontario) and a D.E.A. (Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne).
